At Sanjana Bridal Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
✅ Damaged product received
✅ Incorrect product delivered
✅ Missing item(s) in the package
To be eligible for a return, customers must notify us within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
No return requests will be accepted after 5 days from delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund requests.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package.
- Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
- Capture the entire unpacking process.
- Show the received product clearly.
- Be continuous and unedited.
- Contain no cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
Important
❌ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
❌ Photos alone are not considered sufficient proof.
❌ Edited or incomplete videos will not be eligible for return or refund processing.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices must be retained.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused after delivery.
- Return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping the product back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Return requests submitted after 5 days of delivery.
- Products without a valid unboxing video.
- Used or worn products.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products with missing tags or accessories.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers (unless received damaged).
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Color variations caused by screen settings, photography, or lighting differences.
Return Process
Step 1
Contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery.
Step 2
Provide:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Product Images
- Complete Uncut Unboxing Video
Step 3
Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.
Step 4
If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after:
- Return approval by our support team.
- Receipt of the returned product (if applicable).
- Successful inspection and verification of the claim.

Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within:
5–10 Business Days
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Replacement Policy
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products received
Replacement eligibility is subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers may only request a return if the order qualifies under this Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.
Right to Reject Claims
Sanjana Bridal Jewelry reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request if:
- Policy conditions are not met.
- The unboxing video is missing, edited, or incomplete.
- The product has been used or altered.
- False, misleading, or fraudulent claims are identified.
